What This Is

We offer individualized exercise programming designed to support mental health — not aesthetics.

These aren’t “get ripped” workouts. They’re designed to work with your body to support mood, energy, and stress through how your system actually responds to movement.


Programs are built based on:

  • PTSD, anxiety, depression, and mood-related symptoms 
  • Sleep disruption, fatigue, and low energy 
  • How your body is currently responding to stress 
  • Supporting key systems involved in mental health, including serotonin and dopamine 
  • Your current capacity, schedule, and what’s realistic for you 


You’re not just given workouts.
You’re given a plan designed to help you feel better.

Our fitness programs are for first responders — and the people who support them — who know something feels off, even if they can’t fully explain it.

This is for people who have been holding it together for a long time, and need a plan that actually helps them feel better physically and mentally — not just another workout program full of burpees or sprints for no reason.


We start by understanding what’s going on — how stress is showing up in your body, your sleep, your energy — and build from there.

  • Initial consult + assessment (virtual) 
  • Personalized 6-week program 
  • Up to 2 check-ins 
  • Final follow-up and adjustments
