Delivery Options

Short Workshops or Seminars (1.5 - 3 hours)

A program designed specifically for women in first responder roles, focusing on hormones, stress, performance, and long-term health.


Real, practical education that reflects the realities of the job — and the realities of being a woman in it. 

Steady Ground: Foundations (Coming Soon)

An education-based workshop introducing core concepts related to recovery, sleep, movement, and nervous system regulation under chronic stress.

When the Job Comes Home (Coming Soon)

A workshop series for first responders and their partners focused on what happens after the shift — when the job follows you home.


We talk about how operational stress shows up in relationships, communication, and day-to-day life, and give practical ways to navigate it together.
